Tiffany Pinhorn Smith
Tiffany Pinhorn Smith is a teacher, pianist, singer, and business owner based in St. John’s, NL. Along with her husband, Tiffany owns and operates Unison Music Studio, a thriving home-based teaching studio which accommodates students of all ages, levels, and experience. Tiffany is dedicated to creating a sense of community within her studio, and often holds studio-wide challenges and events to help build confidence and support overall musical development in her students. From 2017-2019, Tiffany served as General Manager and Artistic Director of PlayPianoNL. Through her work with PlayPianoNL, Tiffany organized and taught at music education events such as PianoFest, PianoCamp, and PianoTour. As an active member of the music teaching community in Newfoundland, Tiffany has hosted numerous Private Teacher Meetups with the CFM Local 820 Branch and is Vice President/President Elect of the Newfoundland and Labrador Registered Music Teachers’ Association (NLRMTA), where she takes part in organizing events for students and teachers such as Canada Music Week and the Masterclass Series for young musicians. Tiffany is very much looking forward to taking part in the Clarenville Rotary Music Festival this year!
